If you choose the coin payment, we simply convert the dollar value owed from check into your choice of coin with any balance paid by check unless directed otherwise. Shipping is always insured using either the post office's Priority or Registered Mail service.
Processing Guidelines:Scrap payment varies based on volume and type of material received.
Metal value determination of your scrap is generally pegged to the fine metal prices of the Second London Fix on the day your scrap is received. A few exceptions include filings, sweeps and orthodontics, which take a little longer to process and are pegged to the completion date.

We offer these coins in four minted sizes: one ounce, half ounce, quarter ounce and one-tenth ounce. Also available: Swiss credit bars & other ingot bars of various weights. Their value fluctuates with the daily price of fine gold. The coins are also deemed to have a premium or "added value" which varies, averaging from four percent for a one ounce coin up to ten percent for a one-tenth ounce coin. This premium is part of the coin's wholesale cost. We charge no additional commission or service fee.
If you prefer, ship us your scrap with an indicated selling price. We'll store it untouched until gold hits your target. Processing will be immediate and you can take advantage of any sudden market spike.
